Ankur Arora

Ankur Arora is a senior finance and operations leader with extensive experience in automotive retail finance and dealer management across multi-brand, multi-location networks.

He has led end-to-end vehicle finance operations for prominent dealership groups representing Kia, Hyundai, and Toyota, with a strong track record in improving finance penetration, strengthening banking partnerships, and enhancing overall dealership profitability. His expertise covers approvals, disbursals, compliance, MIS reporting, payout reconciliation, and process optimization across high-volume environments.

Ankur is known for building disciplined financial systems that support sales growth without compromising governance. He has played a key role in training and enabling sales teams on finance products, schemes, and regulatory processes, ensuring consistency and transparency across showrooms. His ability to align banks, internal teams, and customers has resulted in faster turnaround times and improved conversion ratios.

With prior experience in institutional finance through Kotak Mahindra Prime, he brings a deep understanding of lender expectations, risk management, and dealer–bank coordination. This dual perspective allows him to design finance operations that are both commercially effective and operationally sound.

As a Co-founder, Ankur oversees the organization’s financial architecture and operational controls. His leadership philosophy is centered on process integrity, compliance, and scalable systems that enable sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
